ASBESTOS INSPECTIONS

Cascade Services Company Inc. (CSC) is AHERA-accredited to conduct residential and commercial asbestos surveys and inspections at your property to identify, determine the condition of, and collect samples of suspected asbestos-containing materials. The samples are then taken to an accredited laboratory for testing. Results and a full report will be returned to the client within two (2) to five (5) business days.

If the results return positive for asbestos, the client may then move forward with having the contaminated areas abated.

When and Why Asbestos Inspections Are Needed

People generally get their premises inspected in three scenarios: pre-sale, pre-purchase, or other work that may disturb a known asbestos location. Due to the increased awareness about asbestos and related hazards, more and more people are opting for houses that are asbestos-inspected. Hence, an asbestos inspection comes in handy while purchasing or selling a house.
